We’ve added the ability to generate unique API keys for authenticating the GoCanvas API. By default, the API accepts the username and password of an authorized GoCanvas user as required parameters. We’ve added a second option to generate a unique API Key that can be used to access the API in lieu of logging in with your username and password. These will allow other systems to access your account without giving out your username and password. Click here to read more about how it works.
Note: At this time, you are unable to use API Keys for authentication and use Business Insights and/or Zapier integrations on your account.
